I've spent 15 years working clinically with horses and their owners — from my own rehabilitation yards, through to building one of the most complete online equine strengthening and rehab programmes available today.
Over that time I've gone deep. I've studied under leading experts in equine biomechanics, in-hand work and rehabilitation — taking 1:1 lessons, completing specialist training, and seeking out the niche methods that most horse owners would never encounter.
I've brought the best of all of it together into one cohesive framework, and I've been teaching it online for the last six years.
But the course you're looking at right now was shaped as much by my personal journey as my professional one.
When my own horse Azuro was diagnosed with kissing spine, I lived everything my clients live — the uncertainty, the fear of getting it wrong, the desperate wish to just understand what was happening in his body.
His rehabilitation took me even deeper into posture work, in-hand training and building correct movement without training aids. And feeling the shift when it started to work — watching him move more freely, knowing we were finally on the right path — changed how I teach this forever.
This course is the complete picture of what I know. Not theory — lived, felt, and proven in Azuro's body, in my rehabilitation clients, and in the messages I receive from horse owners when something finally clicks.
"My mission is to empower horse owners to truly understand their horse — because that understanding changes everything."

Module 1 — The Lightbulb Moment ✅
Why your horse moves and feels like this — understanding the crookedness and posture patterns that explain everything you've been experiencing in the saddle and on the ground. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Module 2 — Your Clear Path Forward ✅
How all the pieces fit together as a complete system, built on top of your new understanding of your horse's body — so you know exactly how to implement this in real life, in real sessions, with your real horse.
Module 3 — Reset and Rebuild ✅
The physical foundation. Core exercises that begin to reset your horse's body from the inside out — building genuine strength, stability and correct muscle engagement where it's been missing.
Module 4 — Symmetry From the Ground ✅
Those stiff, uneven, one-sided movement patterns don't have to be permanent. Ground work that gently and progressively develops symmetry, suppleness and balance — without force, without fuss.
Module 5 — Straightness Through Simplicity ✅
Specific, research-backed polework exercises that actually move the needle — no complicated floor plans, just intelligent progressive work that builds straightness and engagement from the inside out.
Module 6 — Freedom, Core Strength and Off the Forehand ✅
Developing true long and low as a natural default — building genuine core strength, releasing tension and teaching your horse to carry himself with ease rather than lean on his forehand.
Module 7 — You're Not On Your Own ✅
This is one of the most important modules in the course — because knowledge without ongoing support only gets you so far. Horses are unpredictable, progress isn't always linear, and every horse is different. In this module I'll help you understand exactly what to look for as you move forward, how to know when to progress, when to pause, and when to ask for help — and how to access my wider world of support so you never feel like you're figuring it out alone. This is where the real journey begins. 🧡
"My horses are better than ever!"
I found Jenny while researching some of the struggles I was having with my three horses. I have a 32 year old gelding I want to keep comfortable for his senior years, a 19 year old retired cutter with hock spurs and a prior tendon injury as well as head shaking syndrome, and a 5 year old reining bred filly with NPA who I'm trying to get back into work after being off due to hoof and back soreness.
I joined her programme and have been so glad I did. I am learning so much and love the support from the group! Jenny really gives horse owners the tools they need to rehab and maintain their horses.
After applying Jenny's exercises for just a month, my equine chiropractor commented they were better than she had ever seen them. I can't say enough good things about Jenny and the content she has put together for her members. I am forever grateful!

"The changes in my horses has been remarkable"
I found Jenny on Facebook after my mare was diagnosed with kissing spine. I didn’t know much about it and was looking for more information. After listening to a talk from Jenny on posture, I decided to join her programme.
I started implementing her exercises with all of my horses and the changes in their posture and core strength has been remarkable. I enjoy her live talks, and it’s so nice to be able to ask questions and actually get them answered. Jenny is so accessible to everyone in the group and her encouragement is fantastic.

"Highly recommend this programme"
I found Jenny on Facebook last year when I was really in a dark place with my mare. I have learned so much, from assessing crookedness and posture.
Her instructional videos and blog are very accessible and easy to understand and over the months I have really seen the benefits to my horse and the vet has seen a huge difference in her having seen her at the beginning of our journey and then a few months in.
I can't thank Jenny enough, and I would highly recommend her.

Yes — this method was built around exactly those horses. Whether your horse has been diagnosed with kissing spine, is coming back from injury or time off, is feeling his age, or simply isn't moving quite right, the framework gives you the understanding and tools to work with what's actually going on in his body.
The Core Exercises course is included inside this programme as one component of the complete method. If you've already started with Core, you haven't wasted anything — you've already begun the foundation. This course gives you everything that sits around it and joins it all up into one complete system.
This is designed to fit around real horse ownership, not the other way around. Short, focused sessions work well — you don't need hours every day. The implementation module helps you plan around your horse, your yard, and your life.
Most of the work uses everyday tools you'll already have. For the groundwork modules I do recommend a cavesson — I cover this inside the course so you know exactly what to look for.
This is one of the things the course addresses directly — what progress actually looks like, what to look for in your horse's body and movement, and how to know you're on the right track. You won't be left wondering.
The final module covers exactly this — how to work with Jenny directly if you need personalised guidance, whether that's a 1:1 consultation, mindset support, or an ongoing pathway through S&S.
No — and this is important. The crookedness and posture masterclass at the heart of this course has never been available as a standalone product before. This is 15 years of clinical experience, personal learning, and hands-on rehabilitation distilled into one complete framework. The exercises are the tools — but the understanding of what's actually happening in your horse's body, and why, is the part that changes everything. That's what this course gives you, and you won't find it packaged like this anywhere else.
